The Scientific Portal was designed to centralize, validate, and disseminate the scientific production of professors and researchers at ISLA Gaia. Through automated API integrations with CiênciaVitae, the platform ensures the interoperability of academic profiles and the continuous curation of curriculum data.
It provides metric analysis tools (Scopus and Web of Science indexing, SJR/JCR quartiles, and CEOS.PP indicators), streamlining both faculty performance evaluations and institutional reporting and auditing for accreditation bodies.
Aligned with Open Science policies and regional socioeconomic and scientific development, the portal promotes transparency and highlights the impact of publications and projects across the higher education ecosystem.

This project resulted in a scientific poster presented at Science Day 2023, demonstrating the integration methodology with the CiênciaVitae ecosystem and workflows for extracting and curating faculty scientific indicators.
