Claudia Maria Ferreira Pereira has got Post-Ph.D. in "Financial Reporting Quality", developed at the School of Economy and Management, University of Porto, Ph.D. in Accounting and Management Control in 2011, Economics and Business School, University of Porto; Master in Corporate Finance, and Bachelor in Economy, both from School of Economy and Management, University of Porto. Professor of Accounting at Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP) from 2003 and visiting Professor at the School of Economy and Management, University of Porto, 2009-2010. Lecturer and responsible lecturer of the courses in Financial Accounting and Corporate Accounting, both from the Bachelor of Accounting and Administration, Corporate Social Responsibility from the Bachelor of Corporate Creativity and Innovation, and International Accounting from the Master of Accounting and Finance. She has been a Member of the Scientific Technical Council since 2012 to date and was a Member of the Pedagogical Council for six years. Furthermore, she is the Director of the Accounting and Taxation graduate and Public Accounting graduate at Porto Executive Academy (from ISCAP). She is an integrated researcher whose affiliation is the Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto (CEOS.PP). Her research interests are Financial Accounting, International Accounting, Earnings Management, and Earnings Quality with several published papers in international scientific reviews, namely indexed on ISI WEB of Science and Scopus, and in international conferences, specifically BAFA, EAA, and AECA.
