Helena Canha is a lecturer at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto, in the scientific area of accounting. She holds the title of Accounting Specialist awarded by the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and holds a Master in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Aveiro. Her main areas of interest are Accounting History, Financial Accounting and Social Economy. She is a certified accountant for several entities, including Social Economy Entities and is the President of the Fiscal Council of an IPSS.
