Elif Göksu Öztürk is a researcher at the Center of Organizational and Social Studies (CEOS.PP) and an invited assistant professor at Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP), possessing two years of experience in teaching statistics to undergraduate students and over five years of expertise in (i) operations research, utilizing metaheuristic and multi-criteria decision-making methods to address location-allocation and sectorization problems, and (ii) development and environmental economics, employing econometric and statistical techniques. She have engaged in several national and international projects, showcasing powerful teamwork and leadership skills. She have written one doctoral thesis in addition to more than 19 peer reviewed scientific publications. Her research interests are Development Economics, Environmental Economics, Policy Analysis, Applied Microeconometrics, Multi-criteria Decision Making, Operations Research, Metaheuristic Methods, Data Analysis
