Master degree in Sociology from University of Oporto, and Phd in Social Economy at University of Valencia – Spain. Professional career in training, consulting and research activities, particularly in the areas of human resources management, social and professional integration of disadvantage groups, organizational and managerial models in the social economy and social entrepreneurship. Expert in gender equality and trainer of disadvantaged groups. She is an Invited Professor and Researcher at CEOS.PP - Centre of Organisational and Social Studies of Polytechnic of Porto. Principal investigator of the European AMIF project ENFEM - Female TCNs Integration in Local Communities through Employability and Entrepreneurship Local Oriented Strategies (GAP-101038287). Co-founder of HRin – Services – Embracing Diversity at ISCAP.
