Docente de Matemática do Politécnico do Porto (P.PORTO) desde 1989, leciona atualmente no ISCAP. Doutorada em Matemática (2006), Mestre em Matemática Aplicada (1999), possui ainda uma pós-graduação em Finanças (1995). Entre 2000 e 2016 lecionou na extinta ESEIG/P.PORTO, onde coordenou o Departamento de Matemática desde 2009 à sua extinção. Membro de Projetos ligados à utilização de tecnologias, inovação pedagógica e ensino à distância, um dos quais foi granjeado, em 2015, com o Prémio Inovação Pedagógica no Ensino à Distância. Os seus interesses de investigação incluem Fundamentos de Matemática, Aprendizagem on-line, Recursos Educacionais Abertos, Recursos e técnicas de ensino/aprendizagem, B/E- Learning, Learning Analytics, entre outros. É atualmente Corresponsável pela Comissão de Horários e de Exames do ISCAP - 1ª nomeação em 2020. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Math lecturer in the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (P.PORTO) since 1989, currently developing her professional activity in ISCAP. PhD in Mathematics (2006), MSc (1999) in Applied Mathematics and post graduated in Financial Studies (1995). Senior Lecturer at the extinguished ESEIG (2000-2016), she led the Math Department (2009-2016). Member several Projects related with the Use of Technology and Pedagogical Innovation in Distance Education, one of which received, in 2015, the Award for Pedagogical Innovation in Distance Education. Her research interests include Math fundamentals, Online Learning, Open Educational Math Resources, Teaching and Learning pedagogical resources and techniques, B/E- Learning, Learning Analytics, among others. At the moment she is Co-coordinator of the ISCAP Schedules/Exams Committee, nominated in 2020.
