Marlene Sofia Alves e Silva holds the title of Specialist in Human Resources. In the academic field, she holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Human Resources from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. She also earned a master's degree in Technologies and Management of Information Systems from the School of Technology and Management at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo. Additionally, she holds a diploma in Advanced Studies in Education, specializing in Distance Education and eLearning, from the Open University. For her master's project, she analyzed "Best Practices in Professional Recruitment on Online Social Networks." Marlene has held various roles in the areas of GDRH (Human Resources Management), including Human Resources Manager, Pedagogical Coordinator, and Team Coordinator. She works as a Trainer and Consultant in organizational development projects, covering various areas such as diagnosis, human resources, administrative management, social media and technologies, and evaluation. Her focus is particularly on training-action for small and medium-sized enterprises (PME's). She is also involved in teaching activities in the GDRH field at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and is a part of CEOS.PP at ISCAP, Polytechnic of Porto, where she contributes to research projects on Human Resources Management and Technology. Marlene is an author and co-author of scientific articles, communications, conferences, and educational manuals. Her professional journey began during her bachelor's studies, but it was in 2005 that she officially started her professional career in the field of GDRH, consistently performing roles with a high level of responsibility and impact.
